The snag list lives inside the communication module — every snag (defect or critical task) is tied to a room, a trade, a photo and a status. At pre-handover walkthroughs you log items on phone or iPad, assign them, and watch them clear in real time. Nothing gets lost between site visits. Alternatively, you can also log them as tasks for the concerned vendor, and set a timeline by when they should complete the work.

Every plan covers up to 5,000 users, 5 active projects (unlimited on Enterprise), 50 GB photo storage, and runs on iOS / iPad / Android / Web / Windows.

Yes. On the Enterprise plan, developers get an HQ workspace with unlimited project workspaces below it. Each project has its own team, drawings and channels, with a roll-up dashboard showing every active site at HQ level.

Yes. The Enterprise plan supports personal branding — your logo, palette, product name, custom domain for the client portal, and branded status emails. Your trades and clients see your brand; we power the platform underneath.

Yes. The iOS, iPad and Android apps fully sync offline — log tasks, take photos, mark deliveries even when the basement has no signal. Changes queue locally and push the moment you're back on Wi-Fi or 5G.

They install the Android or iOS app. That's it. Their view is intentionally narrow — only their tasks, only their channels, only the rooms they're assigned. No training required; we onboard most contractors in under 10 minutes. Language features are also available for their ease in understanding the requirements.

Yes. The client gets to see the progress of their project on their portal — including weekly progress reports, approvals log, and major milestones, all updated in real time.

Yes. The project switcher in the header lets you toggle between live sites instantly and get a head start on the progress.

Version 2.0 will bring AI into the daily flow — not bolted on as a separate page. Planned features include:

We'll announce the 2.0 release date to all 1.0 customers first.

We import them. PDF drawings link to rooms. Material lists can be added in here now, so it is always with you when you get to site and need to check anything. Your WhatsApp photo dump can now systematically live in the room channels created.

A 30-minute walkthrough is enough for the whole team to get the entire gist. We keep it quick and simple — so you feel the weight lifted instantly. Studio-level setup with rooms mapped, drawings uploaded and trades invited usually takes under a working day — we will have someone from our team on your site for a day to set up the whole process.

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Daily encrypted backups run automatically. Enterprise customers can opt for India-region storage and additional audit log access.

Drawings are uploaded as PDF for now — the source files stay in your design tools. We're building a CAD viewer and a Revit viewer. We will inform when that is ready to launch.
